We stayed at the end of 2025 Ramadan and after (5 days), and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, minimarts, and gift stores, that makes us enjoying the stays so much. Elaf Bakkah is also close to Haram, about 2 km. We can get to Haram easily by riding the free Saptco bus, in front of the hotel. The bus is ready 24 hours. We had such a great stay there.

What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. Although we purchased a room with two beds, we were given 3, but I’m not complaining. An extra bed was really nice. The buffet options were decent. We stayed a total of 3 days, and each day had a different food selection. The transportation is the most convenient about this hotel, because it’s right across from the entrance. Although the hotel has its own shuttle bus, I chose to take the free public buses to Makkah that were across from the hotel that ran more frequently. The bus station that deports from Makkah was also easy to access, and ran frequently. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Makkah.

We had Cockroach on our bed and then reception demanded proof and sent up a staff member to check. When he saw it, they changed our room. So was not happy with the hotel room. I couldnt book another hotel because of how busy it was in the area. Was not happy with the stay at this hotel.

Alhamdu Lillah I was very happy and satisfied with the service. My room was always clean, I was in room 0124, but I forgot to ask the name of the housekeeper, but he ensured I always had my needs. And the staff was great as well. I really appreciated and thanked the workers/staff members. In sha Allah I wish to come back again.

This is Makkah's hidden gem for a busy time of the year, like the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan . If you do not mind the patient of the well run transportation to and from haram - which understandably because of volume of people tests your patience even as it is safe - this is one of the best places you can stay in Makkah in my experience. Customer service is top notch and the hotel is clean and the management very proactive. They use social media well and got in touch with me even before I arrived to confirm my arrival and confirm my checked in ahead of time. Very smooth. They have a very good musallah - clean and a very good buffet. Very satisfied with the stay. I'd be coming back with family in shaa Allah

Big hotel but there was always an odor from toilet. The service was poor because when you have any issues, they never pick calls at the reception. Phone will be ringing nonstop, until you go downstairs. I also had a problem with the location. The hotel shuttles can't be used during Ramadan, only public buses convey pilgrims to and fro. This is a major problem as there is a crowd before and after every salat so getting a bus to and from masjid al Haram was hectic. We didn't enjoy our stay.
