Carpets are becoming dirty and old. Transportation is also getting tough due to bad planning. Buses runs empty and not stop to carry thousands of passengers.

Rooms not serviced. Multiple issues

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Zimmerservice war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Bathroom or a bit problem Water does not drain well?

We had Cockroach on our bed and then reception demanded proof and sent up a staff member to check. When he saw it, they changed our room. So was not happy with the hotel room. I couldnt book another hotel because of how busy it was in the area. Was not happy with the stay at this hotel.

What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. Although we purchased a room with two beds, we were given 3, but I’m not complaining. An extra bed was really nice. The buffet options were decent. We stayed a total of 3 days, and each day had a different food selection. The transportation is the most convenient about this hotel, because it’s right across from the entrance. Although the hotel has its own shuttle bus, I chose to take the free public buses to Makkah that were across from the hotel that ran more frequently. The bus station that deports from Makkah was also easy to access, and ran frequently. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Makkah.

stay was good.24/7 bus service but house keeping is very bad,i had 3 nights stay cleaned not even once.

Très beau hôtel, personnel adorable, propreté irréprochable, très bien placé avec des commerces a proximité et l'arrêt de bus juste devant pour aller a la mosquée Al Haram... Rien a dire!
