We traveled to Madrid after visiting the south if Spain. We were exhausred. Thebplacevoffered confirt for an affordavñe and céntrico place in Madrid, close to everything. Close to gran vía, Calle Hortaleza, shoes, restaurantes etc. It was the perfect place to stay. Metro and bus stop very close. .

The hostal is located perfectly but is a very small room. We only needed to sleep there so it was perfect for us. The management was very friendly and available. Air conditioning not great, luckily it wasn't too hot.

Great location!

Small hostal but comformable beds. Got a room with 2 beds and bathroom. The ubication is excellent to walk all over downtown Madrid. The bed was comfortable. The only downside is that there were noises of water when bathrooms were used in other rooms.

The location is very good, near all the sightseeing areas. The elevator only go up to the reception floor, the host helping to carry the luggage to the room. Be careful with the price on Expedia, it charged extra after confirm the booking.

We had a really nice stay in this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the shower has a lot of pressure and the water is warm. Check-in and out was pretty easy. The location was perfect for us and is in the centre of Madrid, only 2 mins walk from Gran Via, which is one of the main streets. The only "negative" thing is that you can hear people talking in the room next to yours but it didn't cause much of an issue for us!

all good except now some construction is happening so staying in the room during the day a bit hard

I booked last min therefore i stayed here. Honest was very happy and very much satisfied. Hotel is one block from Gran Via, the street and the surrounding is where i wanna be, in the heart of every. Staff! Ibis the housekeeper is very kind, i was sick, she heard me coughing she massaged my back and adviced me to take a spoon of olive oil. I felt home Thanks to all ove you , you were amazing

Very nice hotel clean and quiet near the metro 3 minutes walk from gran villa a lot of places to eat around it’s nice to stay there if you’re not looking for luxury hotel i stay there 3 nights i went for a Real Madrid game and I enjoyed it ! Also super friendly staff on front desk very helpful !
