Very nice place and super clean. The staff is wonderful and a great location in the city.

The room and private bathroom were both very clean and it was generally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and the location was perfect, right next to Gran Via. My only complaint is that because the rooms are right next to the lobby, you can hear everything that’s happening (TV, people talking and working, etc.). Also, every night that I stayed, I could constantly hear people showering, using the bathroom and even what I perceived to be people cleaning the bathroom, many times as late as 2:30-3:00am, so I did not get good sleep, even with earplugs and a sound machine.

We really had a great stay

Room was spotless and quiet. Bed comfortable and both reception and cleaning staff friendly. Positioned in an excellent location, just 250 metres from Gran Via where there are beautiful buildings, and within walking distance of Prada Museum, Royal Palace, Park de Retiro and main shopping.

Room was clean and perfect for my 1 day in a great location close to everything for the price was a perfect stay

Overall a good place for a good price

Nice, clean and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. It’s all Convenient to everything. 2 blocks away is McDonald’s and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The street address itself is like the SoHo of Downtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely come back to this place next time around.

To small room for 2 people.

Sonsoles was the right place to stay. Located in Chueca and close to all the central area of Madrid. The staff is beyond polite and professional. Always there when I needed them. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing I’d suggest is: the shower at room 329 needs and requires a “grab bar”. I was close to slip inside the shower and had nothing to hold.

Such a sweet and friendly host(s). They offered confidence and encouragement to all of their guests. And provided a safe place to call home for the duration of our stay. Highly recommended 🇨🇦
