El personal fue sumamente amable y servicial. La habitación, las camas y todo lo demás estaban impecablemente limpios. Olía de maravilla. Quedé muy satisfecho.

Excellent location, great staff and very clean. My problem is noise. Morning noise was horrible specially if you be out all night and want to get some sleep during the day. You hear everything when cleaning the rooms and everything next room people do in their rooms. Other than the noise issue I really liked there but I probably would not stay again. :(

Excelente ubicación muy céntrica

Everything was very basic but good decent size room for solo traveller. Shower toilet included in room. 45 mins bus trip from airport to city centre and 15 mins walk. This hotel is right in the centre of town it’s small clean accessible, walking distance of 30 mins in any direction takes you to all the major museums and sites. and incredible value for money. Would stay again

Very nice place and super clean. The staff is wonderful and a great location in the city.

The room and private bathroom were both very clean and it was generally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well, and the location was perfect, right next to Gran Via. My only complaint is that because the rooms are right next to the lobby, you can hear everything that’s happening (TV, people talking and working, etc.). Also, every night that I stayed, I could constantly hear people showering, using the bathroom and even what I perceived to be people cleaning the bathroom, many times as late as 2:30-3:00am, so I did not get good sleep, even with earplugs and a sound machine.

We really had a great stay

Room was spotless and quiet. Bed comfortable and both reception and cleaning staff friendly. Positioned in an excellent location, just 250 metres from Gran Via where there are beautiful buildings, and within walking distance of Prada Museum, Royal Palace, Park de Retiro and main shopping.

Room was clean and perfect for my 1 day in a great location close to everything for the price was a perfect stay

Overall a good place for a good price

Nice, clean and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. It’s all Convenient to everything. 2 blocks away is McDonald’s and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The street address itself is like the SoHo of Downtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely come back to this place next time around.
