Overall a good place for a good price

Nice, clean and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. It’s all Convenient to everything. 2 blocks away is McDonald’s and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The street address itself is like the SoHo of Downtown Manhattan. I’ll definitely come back to this place next time around.

Llegue en la Madrugada a Madrid, yo les comunique que mi vuelo iba demorado y que llegaría en la madrugada, y me contestaron que no había problema y me dieron un par de números telefónicos que les llamara y que ellos me abriría la puerta, pues llame a los dos teléfonos y los 2 fuera de servicio, tube que pasar la noche en el aeropuerto y pude ingresar al hostal hasta el día siguiente, creo que no se vale que digan mentiras, máxime cuando la habitación ya esta pagada

Sonsoles was the right place to stay. Located in Chueca and close to all the central area of Madrid. The staff is beyond polite and professional. Always there when I needed them. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family. The only thing I’d suggest is: the shower at room 329 needs and requires a “grab bar”. I was close to slip inside the shower and had nothing to hold.

Un excelente hospedaje, la pequeña habitación es muy confortable y con muchos detalles de agradecer entre los que resalto la tetera y el té de cortesía así como la mesita al lado de la cama y el soporte-perchero con suficientes ganchos para ropa y los anaqueles.

Recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse . Excelente servicio , ubicación y amenidades del lugar

L’ascenseur de l immeuble est en panne et ça ne date pas d aujourd’hui si nous en avions été informé nous aurions choisi un autre établissement , surtout avec de gros bagages et cette chaleur .

Personnel ultra discret. Situation de l’hôtel parfaite pour visiter Madrid. Seul bémol, mauvaise isolation phonique.

Hotel simples porém atendeu muito bem pelo valor que pagamos, não tenho o que reclamar. Hotel Familiar, pessoal muito solicito e atencioso não tenho reclamações a fazer pelo contrário, só elogios. A localização do Hotel é o que mais nos chamou a atenção, no coração de tudo de Madri onde tudo acontece, fizemos tudo a pé e curtimos muito, quando voltarmos a Madri com certeza ficaremos hospedados novamente.
