A very good sized suite, with great views of the port area from the large terrace.The spa opening times could be improved as well as the steam room not working during our stay. A small walk to the old town 10 to 15 mins but overall a clean pleasant modern hotel that ticks many boxes

This is a modern, well maintained hotel with good overall facilities, good room cleaning etc. Breakfast restaurant is excellent (just the coffee machines are slow). However the dining restaurant and bar on the ground floor (and associated room service) are absolutely terrible: poor service and not well cooked food. That is also noticeable because there are so few customers in that restaurant. Avoid this part of the hotel as the plague! Should this latter been taken care of, it would be an excellent modern hotel worthy of the per night price it charges.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station. It was expensive, but with good reviews, I decided to pay extra expecting a quality stay. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got. At check-in, I was given a room that wasn’t ready—filthy, with towels on the floor, an unmade bed, and trash everywhere. After I complained, they apologized and asked me to return later. When I did, they gave me the same room, now cleaned. Not long after, water began leaking from the ceiling near the AC. I asked for another room, but was told the hotel was full. Instead, a technician spent a long time fixing it while I just wanted to rest in the comfortable room I paid for. Maybe I was unlucky, but based on this experience, I can’t leave a positive review for this hotel.

Hotel is in a decent location. The staff could be a little friendlier and more welcoming. The overall decor of the hotel could do with some improvements as I have stayed at lower prices hotels that are in better shape. Worth a visit and hopefully the management will make the enhancements and up the level of staff motivation and energy

Nice clean hotel walking distance to the beach easy access to get taxis getting you to the Center walking to the center area would be about 30 mins The pool area and gym very small for a hotel of that size

The room was nice and everything was great except the fridge was leaking. We think someone changed the temp and it caused the ice to melt that was built up on the top part. The fridge looked a little dirty, but everything else during my stay was great. We let them know there was a puddle around the fridge and they asked us to come down and get some towels.
