服務都蠻好的，離火車站很近，前往景點都可以當散步20幾分鐘到達。唯一需要改善的部分，是早餐的餐盤跟杯子清潔不完全，常常會需要換盤子。

This is a good well located hotel. Parking can be really tight but at least it’s available. Cost about €20 per night. Breakfast is good with lots of seating. Bathroom feels a bit outdated, but still nice and functional. The room is nice and big.

We stayed at Hotel ILUNION Malaga from May 23 to May 25, 2026. Immediately upon arrival, we reported that the room was extremely hot and that the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel staff repeatedly informed us that a technician would come “soon,” but the issue was never resolved that first night. The room became very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep properly due to the heat. I requested to be moved to another room, but the hotel informed us they were fully booked. Only on the second day were they finally able to relocate us to a different room. This experience has been really disappointing.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums aber ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (ca 15-20 Minuten). Die Zimmer sind gut und geräumig, das Bad mit Badewanne etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet und schöner Spa-Bereich mit Pool

Nice hotel located near the harbor of Malaga. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk from the historic center. Parking was convenient in the hotel's parking garage (tight like any parking garage in Spain, so don't bring a large SUV...). The room was very spacious. The hotel is in a quieter area, so ideal for a relaxing visit to Malaga. The staff was friendly and professional.

Great place and comfortable beds!!

In general, people in the service industry I met in Spain always provide pretty good service. The pool was nice. The room’s ok, though the bathroom’s dated. The big problem we had with the bathroom was safety. My child had trouble going in and out the tub and hit her head on the floor. It was not good, though there was a sign next to the tub to warn people to be careful about the tub. Also, there was a towel rack on top of the tub at a very inconvenient people. I have to say, because of the bathroom, I would not stay at this hotel again.

O hotel fica localizado numa área portuária. Não é o local mais adequado para se hospedar em Málaga, se a intenção é fazer tudo a pé. A região, inclusive, não demonstrou ser muito segura para caminhar à noite. O quarto era bom, no padrão que se espera de um hotel de categoria 4 estrelas. O café-da-manhã era meio apertado para todos os hóspedes e ficava abarrotado de gente... dependendo da hora tinha fila de espera. Mas tinha boas opções quentes e pães sem glúten. O estacionamento era no próprio hotel, bem conveniente. Se a intenção é fazer uma imersão na área histórica de Málaga, com acesso à pé, eu me hospedaria em outro lugar.

Good location - walkable to the city centre in about 25 minutes. Near the industrial bit of the port so not the most photogenic views, but very handy for the train station! Fantastic room, spotlessly clean and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Great shower (but it took a long time to heat up). Breakfast was good and had decent variety. The pool was nice but it was shame for it to still be in 'winter' mode (i.e. heated very warm and with the roof closed) even though it was 28 degrees! Good sauna. Cold water dispensers on each floor were welcome. The air con worked but it took a long time to cool the room down, and one of the two units was extremely noisy. Staff were very helpful.

I thought that the property was well maintained and attractive and comfortable. I loved the indoor pool, which was enclosed, but bright and sunny with space outside to lay in the sun. It was not as close to downtown as I would have liked- a ten or fifteen minute walk, but I was glad to be there.

Breakfast was good. Not much choice for an evening meal which was all pretty basic. Our bathroom was dark & very tired looking with a rusty plug hole. Could do with a refurb. Location was perfect for us. Pool was small and not many loungers.
