I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a great experience. The hotel design is stunning and very unique, with lots of greenery that makes the atmosphere feel relaxing and luxurious. The hotel staff was very friendly. Even though I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, we were still able to check in. However, our room wasn't ready yet, so we left our luggage with the concierge and continued our Bali trip without any hassle. That afternoon, my husband received a WhatsApp message from the hotel that our room was ready. After walking around, we returned to the hotel and checked into our room. It was tidy and our luggage was already there. The room was spacious, clean, well-lit, with plenty of TV channels, and good Wi-Fi. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, with a wide variety of food and a spacious swimming pool.

I stayed for 3 nights in Chiang Mai, all in different hotels because of the event Loy Krathong. This was so far the best I stayed in. The room was just aesthetic and comfy. Breakfast was okay but not much variety. Definitely gonna stay here again if I go to Chiang Mai again. Service at its best.

We're soo satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Amazing view from our window, we could see a massive, well-maintained garden and Londoner Big Ben. The check-in process was really smooth, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Bus stops just outside the hotel. We had the best stay in Macau 🇲🇴 thank you for your hospitality 👍
