Hotel's staff name, Mr. Abdurrahman, is a good receptionist. We can check in the room earlier than the schedule. All services of the hotel are almost good👍

My husband arrived first to check in, but because the hotel reservation was under my name, he wasn't given a key, he was told I had to be there. The information was given to him by the receptionist after I arrived. It turned out that after completing the tawaf at 4:00 PM, I arrived at the hotel but couldn't check in right away, instead I was told to wait because the receptionist would be changing. How could I rest during check-in hours? A Swissotel could be short-staffed. Everything else about this hotel was fine.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue I faced with the payment for my stay at Swissotel Makkah. Despite the payment being made with Traveloka, the hotel declined the transaction, which caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I was required to make a manual payment to settle the charges. This situation was unexpected and should have been handled more smoothly. I would appreciate an explanation of why the vendor’s payment was declined and any steps to prevent such issues in the future. Additionally, the Hotel has refunded my payment but it will take some time. I'm anxiously waiting and hope this can be settled as soon as possible.

Masyaallah excellent service. The best view of the Kaaba because it is very clear and the room speaker is connected to the voice of the imam. So you can still pray in congregation and see the Kaaba from the room.

Had a pleasant stay here. Connected to clock tower but also has a direct access to the street. The reception is also on the same floor with the two exits. The basement however was quite tricky to enter when we first arrive because its sister hotel - Al Maqam is nearby as well. Breakfast was great with huge halls filled with tables which accommodate evenly. Check in and check out process is quick and efficient. The guard filtering out people come and go from the hotel is also doing their excellent work. Wishing to be able to come back soon already. Thank you team!
