Very close to haram, and worth if one need really Haram experience! Really enjoyed

The hotel was very close to the Haram. The room was really good. The food was excellent and changing every day. The service was very good. I would really go back again. The room was very clean.

Good hotel lived up to the hype. We had an awesome Kabah view which is just unreal. Location is also good. We were on the 41st floor and had to wait for lifts sometimes but wasn’t as bad with some proper planning. The breakfast in the mornings was decent, but beware the crowds. It can get a bit raucous. I’m not sure how I feel about its proximity to Clock Tower mall. It can be a blessing for the access to the food courts , but can also be a nightmare to traverse with all the people. I would stay at Swissotel again.

Close to Haram, shopping, restaurants and everything else. I liked everything about this property and I’m happy with the stay. I would recommend it.

The rooms were amazing. They were clean and very well maintained. I saw people constantly cleaning and employees always asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was plentiful. They had ample food and there was never a shortage of staff to clear our plates and cups. My suggestion would be that during breakfast the food should be warmer. It’s usually lukewarm at best. Also more water stations. The breakfast area is very large and to get a refill of water was troublesome. The only water was at the juice station.

I had a comfortable stay, the staff were nice and helpful, the room was nice but the only problem was that there was only a handicap room available so the water went everywhere ofcourse, for some reason my shower would make a weird sound which sounded a bit like an alarm and when I once finished shower, the jet spray started shaking like there was an earthquake, that was a bit creepy for me in my opinion, also there was a phone in the bathroom but whenever it rang and I picked it up there was no answer, I also didn’t like the dinner buffet options but the breakfast options were pretty good, but overall it was a very good experience. This is my experience, I’m 11yrs old and stayed with family on 25th Dec 3638.

Wifi was extremly slow. Other than that everthing else was on point
