The rooms are very small. It is our second stay. Booked two standard rooms this time. Previously booked a family room and it is slightly bigger. Do take note that you will need to throw the tissue in the bin instead of the toilet. Powerful shower and the highlight of the hotel is the basement common area where they serve free-flow sandwiches in the morning and some light snacks, i.e., buns, hotdogs, and popcorns in the evening. Free instant noodles, snacks, and some soft drinks as well. The basement is featured with some games and a photo booth. There is one washing machine to be used but needs to be booked in timing with reception.

This hotel is located right next to a Family mart and 7-11 across the street. Staff was super helpful and friendly. 3 blocks away from Ximending and 7 min away from a subway station. Everything is nice and perfect. The only downside is I could hear people talking and the sound of water when people shower. But it isn't a big deal as many tourists are very respectful and considerate here as well as the local Taiwanese people. I was able to leave my luggages at the lobby with staff on my last day before heading to the metro station and it saved me time and money. Really appreciated friendly and humble staff.

I had a very pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The service was great, and everything was comfortable and well-managed, which is why I’ve chosen to stay here multiple times. In my previous visits I stayed in different rooms without any issues. However, on this occasion, I did notice some mould in the bathroom. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience, which was still very positive. I hope this can be addressed, as I would be happy to return again in the future.

The room was really humid (even when you keep the fan and AC running all day), if you leave your passport or receipts out, it starts to crinkle from the humidity. The room also has a dank smell which transferred to the towels and clothes. However, the staff were excellent and helpful! The free snacks were a nice plus and the location was super convenient!

The lobby may be at the basement but it was cozy. I like that there were some free food and beverages and we could also bring in food and eat it there. There were also activities for the kids and adults alike.

Good location - 5 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT station, which is one stop away from the Taipei Main Station. Reception area on 2nd floor has a lounge area with games, and free water and snacks – a hostel-like vibe. Helpful 24-hour English-speaking staff at reception desk. Rooms are very small but functional. Walls are thin, and we had noisy neighbors, which was a problem.

Overall the hotel was a great stay for its price. There were free snacks and drinks available 24/7 in the lounge. Staffs were also really nice and welcoming - will always provide our room with extra water knowing that we head out everyday. Laundry didn’t meet our expectation though. They only had one dual wash/dry laundry machine which we had to reserve in advance and the drying part could take up to hours to dry everything.

Stayed here for a week and overall it was a great hotel in a prime location next to everything including every major rail line. Wifi was fast and the free snacks and breakfast sandwiches were great. Only downside is that you absolutely needed ear plugs to sleep which were not provided. Casual conversations were regularly heard in the hallways and in neighboring rooms.

Staff were very helpful and warm. The room was perfect. It had everything I needed and was a quick 15 min walk to the main station. There was a lot to see and lots of food items in the area. (Have cash or linepay) I would easily stay here again.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel provides free water, soda, tea, coffee, snacks, and instant noodles to hotel guests. The rooms are almost 100% soundproof - the noise has to be really loud to hear anything from outside the room.
