We had a great stay at Gaia. The room was perfect, the view was breathtaking. We upgraded our room to a club tower room and everything feels private. Had a lovely quiet breakfast while enjoying the morning fresh air. Not to forget trying free pilates class for in-house guest and we also had a relaxing reflexology at the spa. Will surely come back! We're soo satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Amazing view from our window, we could see a massive, well-maintained garden and Londoner Big Ben. The check-in process was really smooth, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Bus stops just outside the hotel. We had the best stay in Macau 🇲🇴 thank you for your hospitality 👍

Don't worry if you forget to bring essentials from home, they've prepared them all. Sunscreen, body lotion, bath salts, and even peanut snacks are provided. My kids loved them. The staff are all friendly, from the bellboys, the housekeepers, and the receptionists, they always greet you.
