It was a very pleasant stay, making it very memorable, and we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I appreciated the amenities provided and felt the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing from the moment we alighted from the transport till the end of our stay. Daniel was incredibly helpful to accommodate us with our requests, it really helps us a lot especially when we are traveling with our elderly parents. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

We're soo satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Amazing view from our window, we could see a massive, well-maintained garden and Londoner Big Ben. The check-in process was really smooth, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Bus stops just outside the hotel. We had the best stay in Macau 🇲🇴 thank you for your hospitality 👍

I stayed for 3 nights in Chiang Mai, all in different hotels because of the event Loy Krathong. This was so far the best I stayed in. The room was just aesthetic and comfy. Breakfast was okay but not much variety. Definitely gonna stay here again if I go to Chiang Mai again. Service at its best.
