the elevator is a disaster and really ruined the experience having to wait constantly long periods of time . they either need to have less floors and guests or more elevators. on the pluses the location is great and staff was doing their best to be helpful.

One of the elevator was broken for 3 days of my stay. I have to use stairs to go to my room on 10th floor a few times. I didn’t understand that why they couldn’t repair it for so long.

My stay was good i just didnt like area outside of hotel but thats everywhere in new york in that section. Also some staff didnt understand english and couldnt respond to questions when asked,but over all my stay was good. Room was clean and quiet.

Everything was awesome except the elevator situation. We had to walk down from the 26th floor three times during our two night stay. The room was small, but adequate, very clean, with a lovely view. Worth the price, good location if you want the tourist experience, the staff was amazingly patient, helpful, and kind while dealing with the frustrating elevator issue.

Rooms were clean and you were given bottles of water and bags of chips at the front desk. Elevators were broken during our stay, it made for long lines in the lobby and half an hour waits to leave your floor. Breakfast is a mess too no where to sit and going back to your room with food was impossible due to the elevator outage.

The property was decent. It wasn’t super nice. One elevator didn’t work most of the time we were there so there was always a line and a wait to get to and from your room. The breakfast was good but it was very busy and not much room for people. The room was small which I expected as it is New York but overall it was clean and enough room for us. The view was the best part. We could see the Empire State Building and the One World Trade Center both from our window. The street we were on was relatively quiet but an easy walk to Times Square. I would probably not stay there again but it was good enough for what we needed that weekend.

The hotel smelled and felt dirty even after I disinfected.. there was only one elevator and it was almost 20 minutes to get downstairs. The breakfast was cold and i went around eight when they close at 10 .. housekeeping only came in and made up the bed partially overall I will not stay here again. it was my first trip to the nyc I also was late to two meetings for work because of the elevator situation

The room was very old and had no facilities at all. The windows were extremely dirty, full of stains and dust, so the view I paid for could not be seen. There was no refrigerator, and the furniture such as the table, mirror, and bed were all very old and worn out. On top of that, the elevators were a major issue. Out of two elevators in a 35-floor building, one was out of service, and the other could only hold 6–7 people, making each trip take around 10 minutes. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Central location for Time Square, walkable and 10 min to subway . Breakfast was delicious.
During our stay, only one elevator for 36 floors, great delays to go to eat breakfast or get to the lobby.
