Very clean, spacious from NY’s perspective…I arrived early at 7am but the receptionist was helpful to have offered me early check-ins, which was wonderful. Just that going up to my floor doesn’t require tapping card at the lift, which is a bit insecure. Other than that, I enjoyed it a lot.

1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are not working.

Elevator never worked but the staff was amazing.

One of the elevator was broken for 3 days of my stay. I have to use stairs to go to my room on 10th floor a few times. I didn’t understand that why they couldn’t repair it for so long.

My stay was good i just didnt like area outside of hotel but thats everywhere in new york in that section. Also some staff didnt understand english and couldnt respond to questions when asked,but over all my stay was good. Room was clean and quiet.

Everything was awesome except the elevator situation. We had to walk down from the 26th floor three times during our two night stay. The room was small, but adequate, very clean, with a lovely view. Worth the price, good location if you want the tourist experience, the staff was amazingly patient, helpful, and kind while dealing with the frustrating elevator issue.

The hotel has easy walkable access to all the main areas of Manhattan, if you’re not looking for nothing fancy this is a great choice; clean, safe and the staff was really nice at all times.

Personale molto gentile. La pulizia scadente non passavano mai l'aspirapolvere, le lampade sopra il comodino piene di polvere. La colazione x 10 giorni sempre uguale. Abbiamo soggiornato x 10 notti e l'ascensore è atato rotto per 7 giorni e sinceramente si aspettava molto per scendere o salire. Nota positiva le bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione e visto i prezzi a New york è stata ben gradita

Que ambos elevadores trabajen al mismo tiempo!!! En la estadía 1 elevador estuvo dañado. Ojo siempre hubo personal trabajando en ello.

No me gustó que en la recepción nadie habla español, las máquinas de pancakes se dañaron y no las sustituyeron, los guineos estaban verdes, el área de mesas para desayunar es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas hospedándose, las toallas en la habitación estaban rotas o deshiladas y la alfombra de la habitación estaba manchada, tiene 2 elevadores y uno siempre estuvo dañado, tuve que bajar 25 pisos por escaleras para no perder la hora del desayuno ni el tour planificado.

I didn’t like inside of the hotel. It was too narrow and small otherwise it was good.

Rooms were clean and you were given bottles of water and bags of chips at the front desk. Elevators were broken during our stay, it made for long lines in the lobby and half an hour waits to leave your floor. Breakfast is a mess too no where to sit and going back to your room with food was impossible due to the elevator outage.

In General very good. Just problems with elevaror

Stay was fine, room was fine. Only problem was one of the elevators was out of service which is tough with close to 40 floors on a holiday weekend near Times Square. Lots of time waiting for elevators, haha.

Close to transportation

El elevador no sirvió en los 6 días que me hospedé ahí, gracias a Dios estaba en el piso 4 y usábamos las escaleras de emergencia, no me imagino los que se quedaban en los pisos 20…. La regadera es de teléfono, no tiene presión y sale hirviendo o fría, se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo, la cama se sienten los resortes y las almohadas están planas, el desayuno continental es asqueroso y lleno de gente no hay donde sentarse, el piso pegostioso, el personal del hotel es equis y cero amable, lo único bueno es la ubicación

El elevador no funciona, 2 adultos mayores tuvieron que bajar desde el piso 27 todos los días por la escalera.

El elevador era muy lento teniendo que esperar muchos minutos para poder usarlo y solo había uno disponible y el otro estaba fuera de servicio y en toda mi estancia nunca lo arreglaron

The most wonderful staff! Clean rooms and close to everything.

The property was decent. It wasn’t super nice. One elevator didn’t work most of the time we were there so there was always a line and a wait to get to and from your room. The breakfast was good but it was very busy and not much room for people. The room was small which I expected as it is New York but overall it was clean and enough room for us. The view was the best part. We could see the Empire State Building and the One World Trade Center both from our window. The street we were on was relatively quiet but an easy walk to Times Square. I would probably not stay there again but it was good enough for what we needed that weekend.
