Le problème dans cet hôtel est qu’il dispose de deux ascenseurs, mais un seul est en service. Comme ma chambre se trouve au 28ᵉ étage, il faut parfois attendre plus d’une heure pour descendre, surtout le matin. On n’a pas le choix, il faut utiliser les escaliers.
Le deuxième problème concerne le petit déjeuner : le matin, il est très difficile de trouver une table pour manger.

The hotel has easy walkable access to all the main areas of Manhattan, if you’re not looking for nothing fancy this is a great choice; clean, safe and the staff was really nice at all times.

Staff was nice. The elevator didn’t work the entire week we were there
Our hotel door security somehow locked us out of our room. after notifying crew and upon our return it was still locked. Mind you- we’re on the 11th floor with the elevator not working. I call and they say they will send someone up. After waiting 30 minutes outside my door-still nobody came to unlock it. We ended up forcing the door open -no damage-
Oh and I was randomly charged $214 for no reason? I addressed the front desk and it was refunded immediately and kindly by the front desk person

Solo hay un elevador, tienen 36 pisos, con cuatro habitaciones cada uno, por lo que se ve el hotel siempre está lleno y solo sirve un elevador en el que caben como 8 personas, a veces tienes que esperar el elevador hasta 30 minutos

the elevator is a disaster and really ruined the experience having to wait constantly long periods of time . they either need to have less floors and guests or more elevators. on the pluses the location is great and staff was doing their best to be helpful.

One of the elevator was broken for 3 days of my stay. I have to use stairs to go to my room on 10th floor a few times. I didn’t understand that why they couldn’t repair it for so long.

Everything was awesome except the elevator situation. We had to walk down from the 26th floor three times during our two night stay. The room was small, but adequate, very clean, with a lovely view. Worth the price, good location if you want the tourist experience, the staff was amazingly patient, helpful, and kind while dealing with the frustrating elevator issue.

La pulizia scadente non passavano mai l'aspirapolvere, le lampade sopra il comodino piene di polvere.
La colazione x 10 giorni sempre uguale.
Abbiamo soggiornato x 10 notti e l'ascensore è atato rotto per 7 giorni e sinceramente si aspettava molto per scendere o salire.
Nota positiva le bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione e visto i prezzi a New york è stata ben gradita

No me gustó que en la recepción nadie habla español, las máquinas de pancakes se dañaron y no las sustituyeron, los guineos estaban verdes, el área de mesas para desayunar es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas hospedándose, las toallas en la habitación estaban rotas o deshiladas y la alfombra de la habitación estaba manchada, tiene 2 elevadores y uno siempre estuvo dañado, tuve que bajar 25 pisos por escaleras para no perder la hora del desayuno ni el tour planificado.
