Totally different with the hotel pictures here! Old hotel we got room 503, old room, dirty carpet, used tissue and condoms beside broken wardrobe, smelly corridor! Without lighting in the corridor! Luckily we just put our luggage and traveled to Sa Pa! Totally not recommended!

This hotel is very nice,close famous place & friendly staff. I come hotel 11:30 am and suggest check-in at 12pm instead 2pm. They accept my suggestion. It's a little happy for amazing time in Hanoi.

I had 2 great nites staying here. I think this place is a family business. They are very friendly with the guests. Bach - the man at reception is wonderful. He helped me a lot during my stay. Highly recommend

Very strategic location, nice breakfast, friendly & very helpful staffs especially Stephen, the room is not big (typical Vietnam hotel) but clean and my room has a balcony so I could enjoy the Chinese New Year fireworks!

I have traveled with 4 people and It was a great experience, the location is near to all place that we want to go, easy to reach, cozy, and the host is very helpful and kind ms. Ann. She help us to find another option for our trip due to weather issue. Don't hesitate to book your room here in Hanoi Sincerity Guess House
