I only spent one night here, the facilities were basic but not lacking. The most amazing thing about this place is the receptionist guy. He helped me arrange a bus trip to nearby city in such late hours, allowed us to keep our luggage while we’re out of town, ordered grab car for us and taking our luggage to the car! What else can you expect. If you’re not a hygiene queen, definitely make your stay here. You won’t regret it.

Ma Coeur Boutique Hotel ( New Name: Hanoi Lake View Hotel)
The room was not like the photos in the ads, it was old and mouldly. The restroom smells so bad I didn't want to get change in the that room. I have a baby so when I recieved the room with such bad convenience like that I was super disappointed.

Tiny entrance looks like hidden cave !
Stinky toilet. Bodysoap was filled in water bottles.
I paid 40 dollars - 900.000 VND for this one.

La Sinfonia del Rey Hotel and Spa
Outstanding service.. super impressed by how attentive the staff were. The hotel is in a great location by the lake, nice view from the restaurant and the rooftop bar.
The room is a bit small and pay attention to room selection. Room with interior window means you have a window with a little natural light in but the window is blocked by a building structure so you won't see anything outside at all. Other than that, room is great, bed is very comfy. Bathroom amenities should be improved by using environmental friendly installed large bottles rather little tubes.
Overall, service is what prompt me to write this review.
