The room is small but the window opens right to the stairs so everyone passing by can see so I don't dare to open the door. The climate is not cool so when I first checked in, turning on the fan was the same as not. It was so hot at noon. There was no air conditioning and no window to open outside so it was very hot.

In 2025, the hotel still requires guests to keep their ID cards (against the law). If they do not keep their ID cards, they must pay a deposit of 200,000 VND. The receptionist (female) has an unpleasant attitude towards guests, not enthusiastic or welcoming.

The hotel is located right in the center, convenient for walking around the night market, visiting the central area of Da Lat. However, because it is located in the center, the walking street is open on weekends, so if you go by car, you have to go around to get to the hotel. The hotel has a car park but you have to go down in the morning to get the car, which is really inconvenient. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic. The hotel has an elevator, convenient for moving luggage. The hotel room is fully equipped, spacious, with free mineral water and tea. The equipment is not new but at an acceptable level. However, the refrigerator is too loud, I had to shock it to make it quiet. The room has a fan, which is quite okay because Da Lat is a bit hot at noon.

Will not come back a second time. I have never seen such a strange rule. They do not allow guests to rent cars outside and park them at the hotel. Too much pressure. The price of 1.6 million for 2 nights is too bad. Small room. Old furniture feels unclean. Staff is not friendly at all.

Hello sister Royal Hotel would like to respond to some of your comments during your stay at the hotel as follows: 1. Because the hotel is located in the city center, the basement area is limited, the number of cars and motorbikes of the hotel is quite large, so it cannot accept more motorbikes from outside guests to stay overnight. However, during the day, the hotel still supports guests who rent motorbikes from outside to leave them, but does not accept them after 10pm, not completely not allowing guests to leave their motorbikes as you reported. Regarding the problem of you renting a motorbike at the hotel, the receptionist informed you that the daily rental fee will be calculated from morning to night, but at the end of the day you still kept the motorbike key without returning it. By default, the hotel will think that your family still needs to use it, and you will return the motorbike at 12 noon the next day. The hotel will charge you 0.5 days, which is completely correct according to the regulations. 2. During the entire stay at the hotel, the hotel staff did not receive any feedback from your family about hygiene, room service or staff attitude, until the hotel charged an additional 0.5 day motorbike rental fee as above, then received your feedback here? Customers who book a room for 2 nights and stay 1 night will cancel the room after the 2nd day has passed (specifically 14:30), the hotel does not support cancellation and the guest must pay the full amount, the reception only collects The money is according to the reservation and the guest threatens to give it a 1 star rating if it is not canceled. Every time I come to Da Lat, I stay at this hotel, the hotel in the center is very convenient, this time I stayed until 7 am before check-in time, it was raining in Da Lat, I counted on sending my luggage and then going out to wait until noon.
