Don’t trust the good reviews you saw. We were given the check in time is 2p but we couldn’t get in until 3:30pm. The security guards outside were so mean to us. Don’t book here especially if you have little kids

Great room with a great view. Air conditioner in all three rooms was very loud.. Would stay again if air conditioner was fixed. Nolan was very attentive to get us in the unit. Explained everything and was very polite.

Waited till 4pm and a fire broke out at a nearby room which caused a full evacuation ofthe building. It took nearly another 3 hours for the process to be over. As my family members and myself were sick, we had to request for a cancellation but was responded with a you have to wait and there is no refund. In the end we had to book another location as we needed a place to rest. Poor service, poor management and poor quality. Highly not recommended.

Good apt accommodation located in District 4 very close to District 1, less then ten minutes on scooter to Bui Vien walking street.
The staff is very helpfully and they answering quickly.
I had my flight late and after check out they kept my luggage, so i could still hanging around in a cafeteria nearby.
Overall a good experience.
