A cozy and beautiful apartment nestled in a luxury building with beautiful views of Ho Chi Minh City. Near grocery and convenience stores and accessible to amazing restaurants. Friendly host catered to our every need. 10/10.

Excellent place for the foreigners. Its very near to the tourist attractions as well as to the famous restaurants and shooping malls. The house owner is so helpful in the check to checkout . I wish to visit the property again.

I like this property because it was close to the areas we wanted to go. Out tour guides picked us up right from. The hotel in most days. My son and I had our own rooms and the A/Ckept us nice and cool. The view was really amazing from our apartment on the 26th floor.

I am very glad I found this place. Convenient location with so many shops and businesses around, great arrival support, great communication during stay, super clean facilities, felt very safe with other up scale travelers around me. I will recommend to ALL my friends and relatives to stay here from now on.

Great property! Good value for price, amenities and distance to district 1. Convenience stores at the main level. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. They met us past mid night for check in. Greatly appreciated. We would come back here.

Saigon 9 was an enjoyable stay for us in Hochiminh. The building is within walking distance of everything and taxi is super cheap if that’s the way you want to go. The apartment was very clean and functional. There are 3 stores on the main level and a lovely coffee shop that has great food at great prices. We enjoyed the pool almost daily. There are only 9 pool chairs which can be challenging as it’s for both towers use. We just made sure to go early in the day to get one. The biggest koodos go to Raymond and Nolan, as the communication with them was excellent. They responded to our every question or need immediately and treated us as valued guests! Good job guys, we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to. Hochiminh .

overal good, i just wish they share the checking in information , for examble where to stand and wait for them. cause the apartment is big and i was lost checking in .
