The room is beautiful and in good condition, but the elevator is very slow. The air conditioner is loud and takes very little time to cool down. However, the location is excellent. You can walk to find everything.

We came early 6AM but there is no vacant room but the receptionist let us rest in the spa room, not so bad. 2 hours later we can check in and pay extra 9.5USD, very cheap. The receptionist really friendly. If you look for a place near the center city this is the one. But if you need some place quiet, you should not book this one, because at night the bar opposite kinda loud.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The hotel staff supported me very enthusiastically, the hotel is in the center of District 1, easy to move around. Just a small comment is that the hotel slippers do not have grip, so I fell once when I went down to the ground floor to get my things, the staff lent me another pair of slippers to wear in the room, so it was temporarily fixed.

The room is very nice, the room has a very pleasant coffee smell. The location is 3 steps from Ben Thanh market, near the bus stations. The only thing is that the hotel is opposite a bar, from 12am the music is very loud. My family was tired after going out so the loud music still let us sleep well. I have trouble sleeping but after covering myself with the pillow for a while, I fell asleep without knowing it, not knowing what time the music was until.

The hotel is opposite the bar so it's very noisy in the evening and at night. The day I went there, I had children and they arranged for me to stay on the top floor without an elevator. The house was under renovation and there was a lot of fine dust, and especially the floor I was on had plaster walls so the soundproofing was very poor so I couldn't sleep 🥲

The hotel is terrible! Opposite is a bar that opens very late, is noisy and has no soundproofing, the walls are banging so loud that you can't sleep! The hotel is surrounded by horrible vomit! My family checked in at 12am due to a late flight and checked out at 1am because they couldn't stand it! They canceled the 2 nights they booked here! The old, broken air conditioner kept shutting down, and it was crazy hot!! When checking out, the staff didn't seem surprised at all, as if they were used to it >”< The room was small, narrow, smelly, and old! Besides the location in District 1, there was nothing good about it in general!! The room photos were not the same as the actual room outside, so disappointing!!!

My family booked a room here before checking in, a friend called on the landline to urge me to deposit a deposit to hold the room. I was careful so I didn't deposit. When I arrived to check in, they didn't let me see the room I wanted to book, saying that there was a staff to fix the air conditioner. They let my family stay on the 9th floor without an elevator, then had to stay in a room without a window and a bed, very stuffy... My family didn't agree so they transferred my house to hotel 313 Pham Ngu Lao, here is also bad. The price is expensive and not commensurate with the room. It's a scam. I will review it on the Travel pages in Ho Chi Minh City so that those who book rooms on apps will know and avoid it.

First, I rate this hotel overall with my experience as 2 ⭐️, the staff is enthusiastic, the hygiene is okay. When I first checked in, I smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, and then another thing, the room was cleaned but the shit pants were still hanging on the hanger, I had to go down and ask the receptionist to check the room again, but he asked again, is it mine? It's really bad 🤦🏻‍♀️, it's really noisy, but it seems like the neighboring areas are being repaired or something, so I was sleeping this morning and heard too much noise, due to the incident, I had to go to this hotel temporarily, but I will come back.

The room is opposite the pub. It was very noisy all night. The room is not soundproof at all.
