Zsofia was an excellent staff member who welcomed us with such warm presence, I mentioned that myself and my partner were recently engaged and she upgraded our stay by giving us both access to the executive lounge and put us down for free breakfasts. The hotel is in a perfect location. Staff and service was amazing. Breakfast staff were so happy to assist and the front desk were very happy to answer questions. Rooms were well kept, spacious and clean

Great location, I jumped off the train, and walked less than 5 minutes to the hotel, then walked another few minutes to restaurants and then the arena where a concert was plaing was another 5 minutes, so great 24 hours stay for me, staff and beds were great.

room was tired but ok. breakfast was worst i have had at a hotel. had to ask twice for beans. was they 30 mins and no bacon refreshed and several peope asking. lots of dirty table left so no seating.

stayed here plenty of times never a bad nights sleep until now quilt was lumpy and thin as paper i asked twice for it to be changed or for another quilt but it never happend the room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned there was a cleaning cloth left in the sink and the bed wasnt made properly either, overall the experience wasnt the best, but i would stay there again its a great hotel in a perfectly convenient area close to shops restaurants and bars within a minute walk of leaving the hotel

Decent enough room- bathroom dated but ok. Real issue was it was like an oven - aircon didn’t seem to work so had to have fan on all night. When remarked on this at checkout was told that it had been switched off due to burst pipe. Not really good enough as it made for uncomfortable night.

Lots of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Great bar, Browns, within the hotel too. St Davids shopping mall a stones throw away. Millenium Stadium max 10-15mins walk away.

Hotel and location where great. THE NEW BEDS WERE HARD AS A ROCK. If the idea if getting a good night's rest is what you had in mind this would not be a good place to stay. To be fair the wonderful staff did try to accommodate. They put 2 mattress toppers on the bed making it bearable but whoever made the buying decision to purchase these beds should be looking for a new job. Totally ruined what should have been a wonderful stay.

Room tired. Dress rail broke leaving clothes unable to hang - suite needed uncreased. Breakfast expensive where John Lewis next door half the price. Car Parking was day rate only and also now exploitive at £18 pn.
