The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, it 's very near to convenience stores, small grocery and restaurants as well.

Some of the staff are not polite. In the afternoon, my friends and I were going upstairs to put some of our bags down in our room. There were two people with us who were not staying overnight, as it was only around 3/4 pm, so it was clear we were not planning to sleep or stay long. However, the receptionist called our room multiple times and even shouted for us to come down. When we came down, one of the staff members informed us about a fine, which we acknowledged. Afterward, the staff member stared at us non-stop, as if she was talking badly about us. This made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don't think this is a proper way to treat customers staying at a hotel.

Close to Don Muang Airport. Staff and driver are so kind.

Near Pratunam Marketplace center. Near bus stop, the staff are good, the room is clean, halal food available.
