Villa in Ungaran

Ambience is good, room also comfort, breakfast have a lot of choice, strategic location. I stay when hotel doing a renovation, so its a little bit noisy at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We came to get fresh air and it is surely fresh here. We rented the standard room so there was no desk. But everything was great! The food is delicious. I ordered the tex-mex burrito 3 times! A classic place run by very professional staff.

Check-in process was pretty prompt, room 's pretty spacious, shower was good, location nearby many famous fast-food restaurant like PHD, KFC and Domino Pizza as well as famous Sate Sapi outlet. But room 's cleaniness can be improved, some dust in the floor and the ceiling has leak spots (room 105).

It was out of expectation. So recommend for group staycation. They have large room, clean, nice view. Minus wifi is too slow. But perfect at all!

We arrived at 7:30pm to find that they did not expect us and our room was not prepared. We were 8 people and after waiting around for a while we asked what was happening. The man at the desk said he was waiting to hear back from his friend about confirming our reservation and to make up the room. We asked to see the room in the meantime so we could configure our sleeping arrangements. The villa had cockroaches, frogs and was dusty as a volcano top. They tried to offer us a different villa which slept less people but wasn't big enough. We left on the basis that they agreed to refund through online agent, however lied about what happened and have essentially stolen my money. Online agent haven't helped. One word against another. About as bad as it gets.
