I love the rooms, clean. The food is enjoyable. And furthermore the hotel ambiance and also surroundings. Nearby to several public places, such as restaurants, banks, etc.

Its seems not well maintain at all, dirty and quality of service below then average. Its looks like hotel without management. Never take care some of guest touching point and some of public area. I have been stay several times at pop kelapagading, and proper, clean, and good service. I don't find hire.

Staff was friendly, but breakfast needs a lot of improvements, bed sheets, pillows and bath towels need to be changed. All yellow. Lots of mosquitoes. Ants near the coffee mugs.
