Extremely satisfied, holidays and also work from the office, jafi is very impressive, the facilities and photos included in Traveloka are the same, the hotel is clean, comfortable, safe, the breakfast menu is varied. Next time I will return to the Aston hotel. Thank you Traveloka 😊👍🏻.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, but I think the hotel needs more staff to accommodate the guests 's needs. The concept of using water dispenser is great, but we've found the dispenser was empty for a while and neither housekeeping nor rooms service picked up the phone to assist. The rooms need more maintenance, the room we stayed was basly flooded from window, and we had to ask room change. Other than that, we found the hotel was quite nice and very good rate.

Worth the price. Room is Big. Hotel Staff are helpful. Many things can be improved more (check remote batery, more lightning in the room and bathroom).
