Original passport valid for more than 6 months counting from the return date of the tour (participants need to sign to the passport). Please attach a copy of your expired passport (if available).

4 photos 3,5 x 4,5cm in size with white background (photo taken not older than 3 months, participants need to wear shirts with collar while taking the photo)

National identity card (most recent notarized copy)

Notarized copy of marriage certificate (if husband and wife are traveling together).

Birth certificate (for children under 18 years old traveling with parents)

Family declaration: details of family members (parents, parents-in-law, siblings (of both husband and wife), children, including full name, gender, date of birth, current residential country, marriage status.

Tax finalization and tax payment receipt for the last 3 months

Recent bank statement confirmed by the bank

Labor contract (a photocopy with an original copy for comparison)

Job position and salary confirmation letter

Vacation leave confirmation approved by the company with an official stamp

Social insurance

If participant is a retiree: Retirement book or retirement decision (latest notarized copy)

Confirmation letter from school/ student ID card

3. Finance

Term savings book is still valid after returning from the tour and at least VND 350,000,000 (present the original book for comparison)

Bilingual bank account balance confirmation at least VND 200,000,000 VND

Assets (real estate, houses, etc.) ownership documents (latest notarized copies) with original book for comparison.

Income documents (dividend, house rental, etc.) (latest notarized copies) with original book for comparison.

4. Children under 18 years old not accompanying parents:

Notarized authorization letter from the local authority (granting permission for travel)

Leave confirmation by school (if travel time is during school semesters)
