With a brand new Argentinian theme starting from 9 September, the alfresco dinner destination has invited Argentine celebrity chef Juan Barcos as guest chef to present authentic Latin American delights. Highlights of the menu include premium seafood on ice such as Atlantic lobsters, scallops and smoked salmon, a range of Argentinian appetizers like refreshing scallop and prawn ceviche, Argentinian wagyu carpaccio, specialty salads and more. Carnivores should not miss the signature charcoal-grilled meats, including Argentinian wagyu with chimichurri sauce, classic ossobuco empanadas, roasted suckling pig, New Zealand lamb chop and more.
