At first I was a little afraid to try Anata because the reviews on Traveloka were not good, both with the sylist problem and the redemption problem. But in the end, I tried it because I thought, who knows, there might be changes or something new to this Cihapit. After going there overall there were no problems at all, previously I had booked via WA for 3 o'clock but when I arrived it was quicker before 3 o'clock but received it straight away and didn't take long to process without queuing even though at that time the salon was really busy. The stylist is kind and informative but not annoying so it's quite safe if you want to have some me time. The reedem is also fast, it's not like other people's reviews...

It's really comfortable and the place makes you really feel at home, to the point where you don't want to go home because the treatment makes you feel comfortable
