This is workshop is curated for beginner to intermediate cooks. I hope to teach kitchen tips and tricks to make home cooking more efficient but more delicious, basics on how to pick good ingredients, and how to present food to look like restaurant meals while also providing some menu ideas for those who cook on a daily basis.
I would like to keep these sessions quite casual and chill so I don't want to impose too many rules. I want it to be more like a hangout where I teach you how to cook, but you can also ask questions and interact with me. Hopefully, this online interactive platform will also allow you to provide inspiration to one another!
Cook along with me to make your homemade meals look and taste like 5-star cuisine!
I'll teach you how to make fabulous dishes at home

About the Host
I've been in the culinary industry since graduating from high school. I then graduated from the Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and worked in the USA and Melbourne before returning to Jakarta in 2015. I currently work for Biko Group and recently started a pop-up dining experience called Jakarta Supper Club, as well as an online retail store called Glorious Goods Co. that sells cookies, but will be expanding to other product lines in the future. My focus is on technically-correct comfort food, so I'll be applying what I've learned from previous jobs and "translating" it so it'll still be accessible for home cooking.
