Baru ngeh kalau ada dua funworld di Solo Square. Yang kurang nyaman adalah cara handle complain dari staff training ketika ada mesin permainan yg tidak berfungsi, padahal kami sudah gesek 2x. Tidak ada ucapan untuk meminta menunggu sebentar, tapi langsung pergi entah kemana. Bersikeras bahwa tadi jaringan sedang error tapi nggak ngasih solusi. Mungkin SOP layanan, komunikasi, dan complain handlingnya perlu dicek lagi

Sayangnya tidak sempat berfoto, karena kami bergerilya kesana kemari, & mbak kasir ragu tapi yakin (gimana ya, menggambarkannya, ragu tapi yakin) untuk bisa menukarkan barcode scan dari Traveloka, & pada akhirnya. Voila, berhasil, saldo sesuai yang ditawarkan. Terima kasih Traveloka, terima kasih FunWorld Solo Square. Tingkatkan terus untuk promonya, kemungkinan divisi entertainment akan terus dilirik kastamer dan menjadi semakin besar. Dengan sedikit catatan, lebih murah dari offline, tentu saja.
