The staffs were very informative and friendly! They also regularly clean the seats (even before you sit down) and wash their hands with soap. I felt really safe coming there and my haircut turned out really well! Definitely worth every penny.

The styling was nothing special, but it was a nice package. I bought the package expecting only a wash and a haircut, and didn’t realize that it came with a cream bath session (along with the shoulder massage). So it was a nice surprise.

Second time doing balayage paint here, helped by Ms. Icha. there is a voucher, the happier you are. Ms. Icha is responsive, but many of the other staff are less responsive, they need to improve further

I went on the weekend. It should be quiet but it was loud since there was a group of people doing sport... But the staff provided a hijab room which is more private and more quite. Happy and satisfied with the service and facilities

Overall, everything was standard. Staff was nice. Although, I was a bit disappointed because I made a booking for 2 people, but the salon only had 1 hair stylist at the time and one of us had to wait.
