communication between admin and stylist is messy. after finishing washing my hair, the stylist came, after starting it turned out to be wrong, not the therapist who was booked. so change again. the final cut does not match the company name and price. expertise, for example, a barber in an ordinary place is not inferior to a stylist in a branded and well-known place.

This is my 2nd time. The hot stone n massage was excellent. I feel so relieved and relaxed. My head feels much lighter. Scalp n hair feels clean and all new.

I bought it for the first time at Traveloka & it can be used right away. the staff is quite friendly. can drink, check the condition of the scalp and hair to determine the use of the product according to the condition. very good service. please maintain it. will be a subscription salon hehehe
