The Hijab room is too hot. Seems there is an air conditioner but still felt hot. Have made an appointment at 3.30pm, came there at 3.20, receptionist take me to the hijab room at 3.30. BUT THE STYLIST CAME AT 4.03PM.
I was waiting for 30 minutes.
Pls, consider the customer's time. We have lots of agendas, not only haircuts in this salon.
Won't have other treatment here.

Always always do this treatment with Mbak Metty as she is the only woman therapist here and I have been feeling comfy with her. Very friendly, very accommodating, and very professional. She handles everything in a very hygienic way. Besides, I love Irwan Team’s place, ambience, staffs too! Never regret and I actually have been doing hair treatment and hair cut here at least once in a month. Never wanted to choose another place.

The place is very clean, nice and comfortable, recommendations for the convenience of privacy and the covid-19 protocol are really applied, it's just that when the pedicure is a bit not smooth maybe he's tired, I understand it's a bit rough handling when smoothing the tips of my legs comfortable more to a little pain ... but yes next time I just want to try the hair treatment, thank you traveloka.
