I thought you could get a real top up balance of 150 thousand, it turns out that it's 70 thousand for all games, 80 thousand only for machines that don't issue prizes & tickets, it's also useless the balance can't be used as much :(

redeem is quite easy but it seems that the staff does not understand the voucher redeem process, which should top up the voucher instead, they are given 8 new cards with a nominal value of 100k each.
