when sampling the PCR test there is no barrier or cover between the health workers and us. I don't have any symptoms and haven't even been out of the house for 8 months but the results are positive and after the test my throat is sore.

The staff is not good at e-commerce features. Previously I bought a voucher in another application but it couldn't be scanned and couldn't be helped. Finally lost. Buy on Traveloka at last. I keep asking, how do I do this so that my rapid test can be processed. The staff looks confused and asks other work partners. Service is also not friendly.
