When redeeming the voucher for PCR traveling at Siloam Paal Dua Hospital, Manado, it turned out that the voucher purchased was not available. We were forced to reschedule flight tickets with extra costs.

The swab officer wasn't there, so he was replaced by a nurse. When asked to swab 2 nostrils, they were not given, even though if I looked at traveloka the prices were different for 1 and 2 nostrils. I bought this more expensive, can't get 2 nostrils.

the process of redeeming the voucher is fast, just waiting for the officer to take the sample for a while ... about 30 minutes after the swab is done, the results have been printed and given

The service quality was disappointing. After I checked in, I was sent to another facility, and waited for hours for being sent back again. It took the whole day to have my test done. Hope the service quality will be improved in the future
