Join this workshop to learn how to make jamu, an authentic Javanese traditional herbal drink that was commonly used as a remedy prior to the establishment of modern medicine. At the beginning of the workshop, you will be taken to a traditional market to sort through local herbs and spices that will be used to make the jamu that you wish to make as the guide will also share useful information regarding the benefits of the herbs for the human body. You will then get to process the ingredients starting from weighing, washing, pulverization, rarefaction, and dilution until it is served and ready to be tasted!
