The staff are all friendly The dining room seats are full of wet water, it would be nice if it was dry so you don't have to worry about slipping or getting your feet wet Oh yeah, for people who want to come here, you don't need gloves, it's not as cold as real snow, so you don't have to bother buying expensive ones, just a jacket is enough and it would be nice if the advertisement listed which rides don't require payment Yesterday I saw the advertisement, the 2 rides were free, the hanging train and the slide, but it turned out that the hanging train was the only one, the slide had to be rented, it was forbidden to bring food, but the snacks inside were expensive

It's just okay, nothing special... the regular queue tickets are the same as the group ones, so you have to wait a long time to get in... playing for 2 hours feels boring because the games are just the same🙃

A really fun snow playing experience! There are fun cable car rides and slides. The kids were very satisfied playing in the snow for 2 hours. Although the texture of the snow is a bit rough and the cost of printing photos is quite expensive, everything is still enough to satisfy the desire of tropical citizens to experience snow without having to go abroad.

The area is not too wide, and when it's crowded, the children's play area becomes narrower. And the officers don't pay enough attention to the children's slide area, there is a 2-year-old child going back and forth in the slide area, endangering himself and other children, scared of getting hit by the slide. His mother also just laughed when her child almost got hit by a bigger child's slide. The officers should not only focus on the snow hill but also pay attention to other areas

recommended for family vacation... maybe include a spot for children aged 3 years and under and 3 years above, then teenagers too because in my opinion most parents who are on standby focus on taking pictures not on the children, because this is like snow so it's wet and cold too, so it's recommended not to be too full in the photo spot especially since it's limited to 2 hours for each session... so far satisfied using traveloka, the redeem process is very fast, no need to queue for a long time because of the different queues, Mantul, I got a discount too.... everyone is happy... thanks TRAVELOKA

The entry process is easy, cheap on weekdays. Printing photos is quite expensive at 295 thousand, if you don't want to print it, that's okay.
