The Shiroi Koibito cookie brand is one of the most iconic snacks to come out of Hokkaido, or even the whole of Japan. The name translates to “white sweetheart” for the sweet white chocolate filling inside the cookies. On this tour you can make the famous treats for yourself. Take a prearranged taxi to the Shiroi Koibito park, an amusement park of chocolate rivaling Willy Wonka’s. Tour the factory and learn how it’s all made. Then put that knowledge to good use by making your own giant cookie. Once you’re finished with the baking and decorating, take the taxi back home with your “sweetheart” and the wonderful memories of a chocolate paradise.
