This is my second time with this agent. Back in 2019, the food provided was diverse, sourced from different restaurants. However, on this trip, the meals resembled prison fare. Due to inclement weather, the cable car ride was canceled. Despite this, the agent should have notified us 1-2 days before the trip and issued a cash refund. Instead, we were given a so-called painting museum, which didn't live up to its name and lacked value compared to the cable car experience. The guide needs to improve her English accent for better guest understanding. Moreover, her speaking style tends to induce sleep within 5 minutes. Overall rating: 1 out of 5.

The tour is really worth it, because it took us to several places more that I was expecting. But the only thing maybe could be improved is the time in 5th station, it was really short. So maybe it could be longer by ask people to come earlier. The guide, miss Haruka is really helpful and like to tell a story which for me is really helping to understand more about the culture and history of the places we went. Good job

The tour guide, Shin-san is really good. He explained everything about Mt. Fuji and sometimes threw jokes about everything for ice breaker. The itinerary was okay and well-managed. We didn’t go to 5th station due to the weather. The description said that halal menu is available but when I checked to traveloka they said that they can’t guarantee there’s one so I ordered vegetarian menu. What surprised me is there were some halal menu available, so thank you for that. Foods were delicious btw.

It wasn’t my best trip because there was some slight problems during the trip. There was a problem with the bus and it delayed our trip, but I didn’t really mind. We still had a good experience, but I somehow think it was too rush. We only had 30 minutes in the Mt. Fuji and Mt. Fuji was foggy so we didn’t get any good pictures. Also, the Hakone Ropeway was on maintenance.
