The process to redeem the tickets was smooth. Make sure to reach the venue an hour before to avoid long queue. The overall tour is worth the money and it gives a really good idea of the important landmarks of the city with the dazzling lights at night. Recommended for first timers in KL.

Overall the trip was nice, I didn’t regret. But unfortunately during check-in I was rejected by HOHO staff since I booked the ticket from Traveloka and they said Traveloka didn’t make any reservation and that time the ticket is sold out. I was shocked since in the Traveloka said no need to reserve. It was really disappointed and I was confused since the ticket is non refundable and paid. Not more than 5 minutes the HOHO staff said she will help me since I bought for 1 tix only, while scanning the barcode it’s valid and she said next time book the ticket from their official website not from other agent 😌 Please check with them to avoid bad experience in the future 🙂

Booking via traveloka is very convenient and reliable, with some discounts too! I highly recommended this trip and traveloka. For those who are going for sightseeing for the first time in kl, city of lights tour might not be suitable as we can only view the city in the dark. Some places such as kings palace, Petaling street, would be best viewed in the morning!

It was really a breath-taking experience. As a Malaysian, I truly enjoyed this 2 hours tour around Kuala Lumpur (KL) city. Other than taking photos from the tour bus, you will also be able to get down from the bus and take photos from a nearer point of view.

Meet point in front of Sungei Wang Plaza. The redeem process is easy and fast. Very exciting and fun to walk around KL at night. Hope to come back to KL again

Bought the ticket for 7th June, but when we went to the counter it was fully booked for the day. Very disappointed with Traveloka arrangements with KL Hop On Hop Off. Have to change the ticket for the next day, 8th June and add another day of hotel stay just for the trip

overall ok je..xdpt seat yg x ade bumbung sebab ramai..nama KL bus hop on hop off..tp xde hop off..hanya berhenti 2 tempat sahaja..yg lain hanya tengok view dari bus..Kalu dapat seat yg xde bumbung ok la..dapat seat dalam..xde pe sgt dpt view Dr tingkap bus..tp penerangan dan informasi dari staff trip untuk tempat2 yg dilalui sgt bagus..akan dtg xpayah buat bumbung bus terus atas tuh..huhuhu..biar je open semua..biar semua dapat rasa full view..baru adil..
