Grace period: The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes. Beyond this, travelers will be considered no-shows, and the service will be canceled without a refund. To extend the waiting time, a surcharge of NTD300–500 will apply, depending on the duration (payable directly to the driver on-site)

Airport Pick-up

Pick-up time: The driver will greet you at the airport holding a sign upon your arrival. Vehicle details (number, driver’s name, and contact) will be sent via the Traveloka app or email between 6:00 pm–9:00 pm (GMT+8) the day before pick-up
Grace period: The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. After this, guests will be considered no-shows, and the service will be canceled without a refund
Early arrival: The driver will provide a 90-minute free waiting period based on the actual arrival time

A: A 5-seater vehicle accommodates 1-3 passengers, while a 9-seater accommodates 4-7 passengers. Each car seat used reduces the passenger count by 1. Under Taiwanese law, children under 4 years old must use a car seat. The cost for each car seat is NTD200, payable to the driver on-site. If a passenger refuses to use the car seat, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund. Please note the need for a car seat when booking

A: The displayed amount is the fee for each vehicle, including taxes and tolls. However, the price may vary based on additional services requested, such as using a car seat, multiple pick-up/drop-off points, or extended waiting times

Q: How much luggage can I bring?
A: Items placed in the rear trunk are considered luggage, while items carried, worn, or placed on seats are considered carry-on luggage. Oversized items (e.g., foldable bikes, strollers, wheelchairs) are considered special luggage and will be assessed separately. A 5-seater can accommodate 3 pieces of 24" luggage, or 2 pieces of 26" or 28" luggage. A 9-seater can accommodate 8 pieces of 24" luggage, 7 pieces of 26" luggage, or 6 pieces of 28" luggage. An ALPHARD can accommodate 3 pieces of 20" luggage, or 2 pieces of 28" luggage. A 15-seat medium-sized bus can accommodate 10 pieces of 26" luggage, or 8 pieces of 28" luggage. The number of seats will decrease as the number of luggage pieces increases. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the forfeiture of the service without a refund. Airport Pick-up without Meet & Greet: After collecting your luggage, proceed to Exit 20 (T1) or Exit 28 (T2) and notify the driver of your arrival. The driver will come to you from the airport parking lot or surrounding area. Please check the license plate before boarding (there may be a 5–10 minute wait, as parking outside the airport gate is prohibited and subject to fines)

(2) Airport Drop-off: The driver will meet you at your designated hotel or address. You can board the vehicle by checking the license plate number or ask the front desk to confirm if the driver has arrived

Flight delayed: If the delay extends into the nighttime surcharge period, an additional NTD200 (5-/9-seater) or NTD400 (ALPHARD/15-seater bus) will be collected on-site

If Vanilla Air JW107 from Tokyo (NRT) at 7:00 pm on 11/01 was scheduled to land at Taoyuan (TPE) at 10:15 pm on 11/02, but arrives earlier at 9:40 pm, no refund for the nighttime surcharge will be issued
If Vanilla Air JW107 from Tokyo (NRT) at 6:00 pm on 11/01 was scheduled to land at Taoyuan (TPE) at 9:15 pm on 11/02, but lands at 10:10 pm, the nighttime surcharge will be collected on-site

(2) Airport Drop-off:
The driver will wait for 30 minutes (grace period) based on the pick-up time you provided. If the grace period goes into the nighttime surcharge period, an additional NT$200 will be collected on-site

 A: All prices shown include taxes. An electronic invoice will be issued for each order and sent by email within 3 days after placing the order. Upon receiving the invoice, you can print it for reimbursement.
