The staff at the ticket counter did not support customers in a timely manner, the attitude was so trivial, the tickets were bought for nearly an hour, the group of 30 adults and children sat waiting in the sun.

Buying tickets via Traveloka, you will not be able to redeem your tickets for nearly 1 hour because the staff said not to receive money from Traveloka. The service attitude of flc zoo staff is humble, disrespectful. Zoo is too few animals to watch.
