Waiting at Old quater Area, it takes 1 hr citytour sightseeing how city looklike, at nite is better for me. what about u ?

Staff should go out of the car to pick up passengers or guide and assist customers instead of sitting in the car, letting customers find their own car with the support of another company's staff, then canceling the trip and blaming the customer for not arriving on time. . 2. If you cancel your trip, you should notify the customer!

I heard the Japanese part was cut off half way through every half of the presentation because it hit a point indicating the location and said it all a long way before arriving at the venue, so it was pretty boring. And if you just sit and admire the scenery, it's quite beautiful

We went on a drizzly day, so my mother and I could not see much. The car has a hat but not enough according to the number of seats. And also not playing headphones as in the intro.

I had a lovely experience on a beautiful day. With the view from the 2nd floor of the bus, Hanoi is really so beautiful, more beautiful than all the images that cameras and phones can record.

They are two different companies operate the bus with the same color, make sure you ride the correct one. Both of them has different routes. The good things this one has a good route. The negative side are: 1. Not punctual at all cose they operate only 2 bus. You can check real time on their website actual progress of the bus driving by the map, but sometimes the page broken. No stop info also. 2. They don't scan the ticket and most of the facilities had broken, screen TV for info not work or safety belt. 3. Sometimes the driver stop not in the bus stop. So we assumed that we can stop in any place we want. I bought ticket 24 h ticket 2x for 2 days. At the 2nd day when we back with that assumption, I want stop in some place and the driver denied it. Then he allowed local tourist to enter the bust and stop the bus at non stopping station, we think we can go out but the driver didn't allow it for one more time. Not consistent and not professional at all. Overall this hop on - off bus is very cheap way to explore Hanoi rather than taxi.
