If you think of Halloween, you might think of the culture of trick or treating from house to house, wearing scary costumes. Mostly, the children do it. That’s how you see Halloween from movies or TV shows, and you might now be wondering where to trick-or-treating in Singapore.

Is there Trick-or-Treating in Singapore

Yup, even though it’s not a regular tradition in Singapore, some of the places allow you to experience trick or treating. On the night of Halloween, children in festive costumes go around trick-or-treating in their neighbourhoods, filling their bags with sweet treats.

You can take the children, rent them some funny yet scary costumes, give them a little basket, and stroll around trick-or-treating. It’s going to be fun, moving from one house to another.

1. Namly Estate

Set in a park and really well-organised, Namly Estate’s Halloween Party called “Namly Halloween 2025” is an interesting neighbourhood to attend when it’s the spooky season. They frequently held this exciting community-driven Halloween celebration. Please take note that this event is for Ulu Pandan Residents only, and priority will be given to Namly Residents.

Anyway, it won’t only be trick or treating. They also have some interesting activities for families, like the best dressed contest and magic show where contestants can showcase their innovative costumes!

2. Opera Estate

Location: Opera Estate Football Field, Swan Lake Ave Time: Saturday, 1 November 2025 (5.30 PM - 8.30 PM)

Opera Estate in Singapore is known for years as a host for a fun and family-friendly Halloween celebration, where both residents and visitors can enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with activities.

This year, it’s back again with a load of fun activities! You are very welcome to take your friends and families, as many as you can.

The event typically includes exciting stage performances and roving acts, exhilarating games for all ages, and  trick-or-treating routes throughout the neighbourhood, making it a delightful experience for children. Families are encouraged to dress up in their spookiest costumes and explore the decorated homes while collecting candies.

Anyway, the trick or treat walk is entirely free, while the premium tickets cost S$6. This ticket price includes a goodie bag, snacks, and exclusive games as well as special entry to the Haunted House.

3. HomeTeamNS: SpoOktober Mystery in The Heartlands

Location: All HomeTeamNS Clubhouses (Bedok Reservoir, Khatib, and Bukit Batok) Date: 24 - 25 Oct at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir, 24 - 26 Oct at HomeTeamNS Khatib, and 31 Oct - 2 Nov at HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok. 

This year, SpoOktober returns to HomeTeamNS! Each clubhouse will share similar experiences, only themes and concepts will vary. 

Worry not, HomeTeamNS provided two levels of scare zones which are designed to be enjoyed by either the fearless, or the light-hearted. So everyone can enjoy it! 

Ticket prices start from S$20 for Single, S$30 for Duo, and S$65 for a group of five.

4. Watten Estate

Location: Watten Estate Rd. Time: 31 October 2025 (5.30pm - 7.30pm)

Held by the residents of Watten Estate, the place will wait for you to bring your children and families to have fun together during their Halloween celebration. They only have it for a day, so mark your calendar from now!

Watten Estate has done it every year, so this time will be awaited by a lot of people. Enjoy the fright, and don’t forget to wear the scariest yet spook-tacular costumes for the trick or treat moment!

Children can experience a mini haunted house for just S$3 per child. Adults may enter for free when accompanying a child. The three-singapore-dollar ticket includes a pumpkin halloween goodie bag, creepy-cure face tattoos painted on the spot, and loads of candy.

5. Anchorpoint’s Pumpkin Treat

Location: Anchorpoint, 370 Alexandra Rd, Singapore 159953 Time: 18, 19, 25 & 26  October 2025

There will be a lot of wicked activities in Anchorpoint during the last two weekends of October. From exploring the Halloween Maze (load up on sweets with mall-wide trick-or-treating), Instagram Costume Contest, and striking your best poses at their Spooky Photo Booth. 

In addition, with a minimum spend of S$20 in a single receipt, your children can spook up their look with Halloween Face Painting.

P.s: Some stores won't give away their treats easily without daring you to a challenge!

6. Tanglin Mall Halloween Event 2025

Location: Tanglin Mall, 163 Tanglin Rd, Singapore 247933 Dates: 25 - 26 Oct 2025 

Are you looking for an event to wind down with your loved ones? Tanglin Mall is going to hold two amazing events in two days packed with full of fun. There will be two parts, double trouble, double the joy.

The first part will be The Wicked Hour, where there will be entertaining live performances and Halloween Best Dressed Contest. 

For the contest, there are two categories competed: Best dressed kids, and best dressed families.
