How to Reschedule a Non-refundable Hotel Booking

Reschedule Criteria

You can request to reschedule your non-refundable hotel booking if you meet the following conditions:

1. You already have the hotel approval for reschedule.

2. You encountered a problem with the airline.

3. You have tested positive for COVID-19.

How to Reschedule

To request a reschedule for your non-refundable hotel booking, follow these steps:

1. On the home page, tap the chat button at the top right corner.

2. Select or Write your RESCHEDULE request in the message field.

3. You will get a form to request a reschedule.

4. Fill in the form as needed.

5. To simplify the process, please attach supporting documents/information for your rescheduling process.

Reschedule Policies

  • Please be advised that reschedule can only be processed after receiving confirmation from the relevant party.
  • Changing your date of stay may also cost an additional fee.
  • We will contact you via email/phone regarding the progress of your reschedule.
