1. You already have the hotel approval for reschedule.
2. You encountered a problem with the airline.
3. You have tested positive for COVID-19.
To request a reschedule for your non-refundable hotel booking, follow these steps:
1. On the home page, tap the chat button at the top right corner.
2. Select or Write your RESCHEDULE request in the message field.
3. You will get a form to request a reschedule.
4. Fill in the form as needed.
5. To simplify the process, please attach supporting documents/information for your rescheduling process.
