Cannot check in at the hotel

In the rare event that hotel cannot accommodate the booking due to certain reason, please follow these steps:

1. Go to My Booking on your Traveloka App and select your hotel booking.

2. Tap Need Check-in Help? At the top of your hotel voucher. This button will appear one day before your check-in date.

3. Select a check-in issue that reflects your situation. Our Customer Service team will be alerted to your selection and will help you solve your issue.

Alternatively, you can also Contact Us. Please have your Traveloka Booking ID ready.
