Cannot Find the Hotel Location

To find the hotel address, you can check your hotel voucher. In addition to your application, we help provide directions that can be integrated with your map application to make it easier to get to the hotel.

If you have followed the directions but you still haven't found the hotel, you can use the check-in help button by following the directions below:

1. Open My Booking in your Traveloka App and select your hotel booking.

2. Tap Need Check-in Help? At the top of your hotel voucher. This button will appear one day before your check-in date.

3. Select the check-in issue that reflects your situation. Our Customer Service team will be notified of your choice and will assist you in solving your problem.
